You can find Arrow Fastener products on the shelves of retail giants like Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, and many others. After years of product and packaging updates, new SKUs, and brand evolution, their packaging was in disarray. So much so that next to each other on the shelves, you could barely tell products were even from the same company.
Refresh was tasked with helping to bring a professional look and consistency to their brand packaging across all product categories from Staple Guns and Consumables to Electric and Pnumatic tools. We spent the better part of a year working hand-in-hand with Arrow’s creative director and other stakeholders to bring to life a comprehensive package guideline that spanned a dozen product categories and over 130 pages. The interactive digital product “bible” now provides multiple vendors with a clear, step-by-step production outline to ensure that the Arrow brand stands out on shelves for all the right reasons.
